Scalloped gloves

These gloves crochet up so fast,
and the scallop adds a nice feminine touch.

Man's Sweater

Made this sweater for my hubby,
and he loves it so much,
he's already asked for another one.

Blue Shells Afghan

Fun with Motifs

My friends say these are bowties, I say they are butterflies.
But either way, love the way this turned out.

Another sweet baby afghan using motifs.
But these are sewn together instead of join-as-you-go.

And last but not least, still sewing this one together.
Will have to post another picture when its all done.

Quilts with Crochet

I've made two of this star pattern now, and they turn out so nice.

Little things

I love using scraps of yarn to make potholders and coasters.

I stack up coasters and tie them with ribbon or yarn.

And potholders can be so much fun to create.

Corner-to-Corner Crochet

These are so easy to make and turn out so gorgeous!

I made four and rotated them for an earthy throw rug.

I had just enough scraps of some lovely variegated yarns
to make this custom toilet tank cover.

Sports-themed for baby

I like making baby afghans that will still be used when
the kids are toddlers or even older.

But I couldn't resist adding something just for baby too.
This newborn size hat will be a sweet keepsake after its outgrown.

Fingerless gloves, hats and scarves

Every Christmas I seem to make dozens of hats, scarves and fingerless gloves,
so here are a few of my favorites.

Matching hat and gloves.

Scarf and MORE gloves.

Matching hat and scarf.

One more scarf.

And sometimes you want the scarf and hood together.

Things for kids

I wanted to make gifts for my cousin's kids last Easter,
so these are what I came up with.
A backpack for her oldest girl.

A bunny cuddle for the baby.

A ducky cuddle for her little boy.

And a monkey cuddle for her younger girl.

Oldie but Goodie

I lost the pattern to this afghan, may have to see
if I can reverse engineer it so I can make another.

Women's sweaters

Made this grey sweater for myself,
not quite happy with the sleeves though,
might redo them.

Love the way my daughter's sweater turned out
and so does she!

I think this sweater needs a contrasting turtleneck under it
to really make the design pop.

Clever hems

I hate sweat pants that are too long and don't have elastic in the cuffs,
so I cut this pair off at capri length and added a crocheted trim.

Tote bag

Love this bag!  I use it for my towel and swim suit when I go to the pool.

Lattice stitch vest

Made this vest for my daughter just this year.

Baby afghan with matching cuddle

Cuddles are just a great thing to make with leftover yarn from making a baby afghan.
